Purdue Online Writing Lab: Purdue University's Online Writing Lab, sponsored by the English Department, has an impressive set of resources for any writer. For Writers Only: An extensive list of useful links for writers. Publishers Avon Eos: The science fiction/fantasy imprint of Avon Books. Baen Books: Their submission guidelines are available. Bantam Double-Day Dell (Spectra): Science fiction from Bantam Spectra, an imprint of Bantam Books, includes the Star Wars novels. Their submission guidelines are not available since manuscripts must be submitted through a literary agency. Del Ray Books: Del Ray's titles include The Belgariad by David Eddings and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, as well as contributions from Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke. A bare bones submission policy is available. HarperPrism: The SF/fantasy imprint of HaperCollins. Penguin Putnam Time-Warner Aspect: Publishers of The Baker's Boy, by the hot, new novelist J. V. Jones. Tor SF and Fantasy: These are the publishers who brought us the new classic fantasy series, The Wheel of Time, by Robert Jordan. Unlike other leading publishers, Tor still encourages unsolicited submissions and has guidelines for future authors.
