What to blog about?

A daunting question, to say the least, and I thought about how to answer it. And I thought and I thought, then I set those thoughts on the back burner where they simmered for years. And I mean years, for I’ve been thinking about sharing thoughts world-wide before the term “blog” became fashionable. I just never found the time, the motivation, the chutzpah, so to speak, to follow through with the dream. And I never could answer that damn question.

So, finally, after a decade, I have decided not to answer it.

Rather, I will do what countless of others will do: Spew random musings that I find of interest into the ether. Hardly unique, but the fact of the matter is that every topic that can be blogged about is probably being blogged about. Oh, I suppose there’s still a little room out there for a literary analysis of The Nth Man: The Ultimate Ninja, but every other idea is already out there, for better or worse. What isn’t being blogged about it is what is on my mind. And, coincidentally, that’s what I can write best about, for better or worse.

Which brings us back to the original question and its lack of answer. Herein you will find not total randomness, but assorted randomness, stuff that fills the trunks in the attic up there in my own little cerebral cortex: Interactive fiction, books, movies, games, web development, technology–that sort of stuff.
